In this episode of the ATL RER, I spent some time discussing the JOBS market and how it affects the real estate market. Specifically, I mentioned that MANY companies went on a hiring BINGE during the pandemic. This was one of the drivers that created a temporary surge in demand for houses. I closed that topic by stating that this hiring binge was JUST STARTING to unwind.
